The Collective
So how do we actually think together? It starts with a question.
Anyone can send one: a question, an idea, a topic that won't leave them alone. No sign-up. No membership. Just a question.
Some of those questions will become episodes. Between each series, we'll set time aside for them, in episodes shaped by the questions people send in. And when they do, the question will be shared, so the thinking belongs to all of us.
How we talk to each other
Thinking together only works if we can disagree without tearing each other down. So we keep a few simple ways of being together:
- We question ideas, not people.
- We listen to understand, not to win.
- We share what we see, not what we are told to see.
- We leave labels, sides and slogans at the door.
- And no one is the authority here.
Every voice is a fellow traveller.
