Who we are. TSapien runs tsapien.com. For any privacy question, contact tsapien.official@gmail.com.

What the question form collects. The type of message, the message itself and, if given, a name to show. No email address is collected. The form asks permission before anything can be published.

How it's used. To read and reply to questions, to publish approved questions with a reply on tsapien.com, and to shape future episodes.

Spam protection. To stop automated abuse, the site limits how many messages can be sent in a short time. To do this, it briefly keeps a scrambled code made from the sender's IP address, not the address itself. The code deletes itself within 24 hours, and IP addresses are never stored in the site's database.

Hosting. Like most websites, tsapien.com is hosted by a provider (Hostinger) that keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. We don't use them to track or identify anyone.

Cookies. The site uses only essential cookies needed for the form to work securely. No advertising or tracking cookies.

YouTube videos. Videos load from YouTube only when someone presses play, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Once playing, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

How long it's kept. Unpublished submissions are deleted after 12 months. Published questions stay on the site unless removal is requested.

Rights. Anyone can ask to see, correct or remove what they sent, by emailing tsapien.official@gmail.com. Since there's no email field, it helps to include the date and wording of the message. Complaints can also be made to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
